How to set collision energy in Bruker Esquire Ms when I want to get the MS2 and Ms3 spectra?
I am a new for the MS. I know it is a silly question, but I am anxieous to get the reply form you.

Thank you in advance for any help!

All the software for mass spectrometers have Help files. The Help file(s) is(are) usually accessed by clicking on the last selection on the Main Menu bar. If you are new to mass spectrometry or new just to this instrument, you need to become familiar with the Help file(s). There may be a lot more than a single setting that needs to be done.

If after carefully interrogating the Help file you still don’t know the answer, you should contact Bruker technical support.

:)
