Hi,

I was hoping to get some help from those who are knowledgeable about ISO17025. I am supposed to set up a pass/fail for my LC's and GC's and don't know how to do that. Supposedly, it's to detect if my instrument is running before I even start a run.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks!
Natalie

the type of test you do really depends on the type of assay.

When I was analyzing APi's (single peak chromatograms) the test was perform 6 injections and using data from the last 5 injections Peak area and RT RSD's must be less than 2% to pass and run any sequences.
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
