Hey everyone, i am new here and i wanted to ask a few thing if you can help me out..!

I have a project where i have to determine in the lab Vitamin A(fat soluble vitamin) and C ( water soluble) in multivitamin tablets and Vitamin C and B1 (thiamine) in cereals... needs to be with a C18 column and UV detector...
and i was wonderng if you have in mind any info or journals i can look too, cause i've haven't found much that include both sample prep (extraction mostly) and the following the HPLC parameter required!

thanks a lot! :)

Hi
This question solved long ago. See sea literature. 8)
PS
Ascorbic acid slightly oxidizaid . Don't Fe 2+, Fe3+ , Cu2+ iones ( red-ox catalist) . For its deactivated use EDTA-Na.
because i am new to a lot of these, can you be more specific on what you mean by sea literature pls?!

thanks! :))
