Hello All,

How I can create AIA (now known as .CDF) files from raw GC-MS data files from Enhanced Data analysis (GC/MS: HP 6890, Quadrupol Mass Selective Detector 5973; Agilent Technologies).

Select File --> Export Data to AIA format

it will create a directory eg AIAEXPRT.AIA, within that directory is the .cdf file

Alex

Doesn't it give you option to select the destination as well? I have an old version, they might have changed it.
GC-TCD/NPD (Agilent 7890)
GC-MS (Agilent 6890)
GC-TCD/uECD (HP 5890) - "Ole Miss"
GC-TCD (Carle)
GC-TCD/FID (SRI)
IC - (Dionex ICS-3000 + AS1/ERG)
