Here are few UV methods for analysis of similar compounds:

You need mixed-mode cation-exchange column in combination with UV-transparent mobile phase. You can see carbonyl in your molecule at 195-210 nm. Contact me if you have questions

Something to be aware of is the degradation product of L-carnitine having a greater UV response than L-carnitine. Here's a paper regarding the HPLC analysis of L-carnitine and the degradation product:

Thanks to All, I'm trying to analyse by column ODS-C18 and
I used mobile phase ion-pair pH 2.4 : MeOH , standard it's O.K. but I found the large peak in font of peak L-carnitine while run the samples (fruit juice).
Could you please to suggestions how to separate.

Depends. What are the details of your mobile phase / column / system / etc? Can you post a chromatogram?

you might need to improve the sample clean up as well,
Have you thought of HILIC for this separation?

Thanks to all for suggestion. now, I've to change mobile phase and column follow this paper. It's O.K.
