Hello,

We are currently running an HPLC-MS system, with a ZIC-pHILIC column installed. We use acetonitrile (A) and 10mM ammonium carbonate pH 9.3 (B) as a mobile phase and 100ul/min flow rate.
We would like to switch to nano-scale UPLC setup in order to increase the sensitivity of detection. Can anyone recommend a good alternative for the ZIC-pHILIC column for nano-scale flow rate?

Thank you!

Tomas
