detection limit

Hello.

I have a question.

When you analize to find a detection limit on LC the analite should give at least 3 times the noise level.

my question is, that noise level must be considered only on the RT window of the compound or in the whole run time?

*that* is a large "can of worms". In my opinion, better to estimate DL statistically from the slope and standard error of the calibration line.
