I am currently testing the 3 µm ACE 300 C4 RP. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find information about thermal stability for this particular phase. Can anyone comment on this? (I would like to run it routinely at 60 °C.)
Thanks in advance!

I've used this particular column at high temperature (55° C) once.
Just like all other silica based column materials it's stable at least up to 60° C. I wouldn't hesitate to apply even higher temperatures (e.g. 70° C).

I would recommend a temperature of 40C or less at pH 7-9, and would recommend a similar temperature range < 40C if working below pH 3 for best column lifetime.

OK, then I will stick to 40 °C. (Usually we analyze our samples at pH ~2.5)
Thanks!
