Tradtionally I've seen it reported as a percentage of the concentration of your main peak of interest. For example, say your main peak is at a concentration of 5.0 mg/mL and the LOQ of your impurity is 0.01 mg/mL then your LOQ as a percentage is (0.01 mg/mL) / (5.0 mg/mL) = 0.2%. Does that make sense?

If I've explained that poorly, or just flat out incorrectly, I'm sure someone will happily point out the error of my ways.
