HPLC method for polysulphides

Hello,
I need to develop an HPLC method for sodium polysulfides Na2Sx, with x ranging from 1 to 12.
The sample is dissolved in ethanol.
My initial thought was to try an ion pair method with a pH as high as the column can tolerate (to avoid loss of the lower hydrogen sulfides)
Detection should be possible in the lower UV.
What is the opinion of the community?
