Hi,

My company old computer harddisk recently failed and I'm wondering if someone has the UV/Vis Chemstation software version A.02.0x - A.06.0x. Previously, the Chemstation on the old computer is used to control the UV/Vis 8452A.

If anyone has a backup copy, it would be deeply appreciated if you could email them to me at aaronx88@gmail.com

Thanks.

Aaron

I was under the impression that UV-vis software is on the same disc as the GC/HPLC ChemStations. We have HP UV-vis as well as chromatography Chemstations.

Anyway, while we do have copies of A.06, it would need to be a CD disc as there's too much content to E-mail. I don't know how to upload such stuff to Internet, and you'd need to use your origianl license number.

Older versions of CHS are here: viewtopic.php?p=65384#65384

I hope there is UV version too but I'm not so sure.

Licence number is usually written on sticker, placed on computer case by Agilent/HP engeneer.

Backup software or online backup applications can easily fall victim to data loss. The main purpose of the software and backup solutions is to prevent accidental loss of important data.Backup software initially performs drive imaging or duplication. The copies are then stored on another computer or other storage devices.
