Hi, does anybody know how to clean the rotor in HPLC?
basic level

autosampler rotor or column switching valve rotor? Follow directions as if replacing the rotor seal, flush out with clean solvent from a squeeze bottle.

... and inspect it and the sealing surface carefully. If there are any grooves between pockets (where there shouldn't be any), replace it.
