Analysis of Phospholipids by HPLC

I'm new to this Forum, so excuse me if this redundant. I am searching for a sensitive HPLC method to quantitate phospholipids. I have located a few references on line, but what better place to find first hand experience than the people that perform this analysis. The method will be used for cleaning verification, so quantitation of impurities is not a concern.

I'm new here too. I have recently started working on a method for phospholipids (lecithins) by LC. The sensitivity is not that great by UV, especially for the saturated lipids. Evaporative light scattering has about the same calibration slope for all the phospholipids, and is actually better than UV for the saturated ones. How good do you need the MDL to be?

I'm using a polar embedded column (Dionex Acclaim PA) with gradient elution. A= 8:2 MeOH:MeCN and B= 0.1% TFA; 93%A -> 98%A. (Isocratic works OK too). The acid seems to help distinguish PE from PC.
