right now I am doing GC and using Peaksimple to process data, however, I find the software cannot show any peak, and there is something strange in the setup, if anybody can tell me what does"50deg" means in the bottom of the peak show up window, i know something must be wrong, because right now there just show about "0.45deg", thanks a lot for help!!!!

That is your oven temperature... you can program your method through peaksimple to control a temperature program in your method or you can set it to be isocratic. You are not getting any peaks when you inject your sample? What type of detector are you using and what type of peaksimple board if you know (ie, is it one or multi-channel)? Do you have it wired correctly from the GC to the board?
