Thank you very much for your comments, I was following that advices until a problem occurred. viewtopic.php?p=60197&highlight=#60197
My teacher changed the filter of the pump and started an escape of solvents, then we change an packaging that had been damaged but after the pressure was exaggerated, to a flow of 0.05 mL / min reaches a pressure of 190 bars and now i dont know what to do, what would you recommend?
please help me!

First of all, get your teacher out of the lab.

A very high pressure indicates a blockage in the system somewhere.

Start disconnecting fittings starting from the outlet end and working back upstream (detector outlet - detector inlet - column outlet - column inlet -. . . etc.). At some point, you will disconnect a fitting and the pressure will drop back to normal. Your blockage is immediately downstream from that fitting. Change or clean that component as necessary.
