Over the past few years, I have purchased 2410 and 2414 RID's on ebay to supplement my 410 RID. The 2410 stopped sending signal to the analog port I use for my N2000 data system after a couple of months. The 2414 has performed well for over two years, but suffered the same fate when I had to be away for a week (instrument left on a line protected by a Tripplite APC. The front panel on the 2414 is showing the signal, but it is not getting to the connection at the back of the instrument. When I moved the connection to the 410, evrything works. How do I troubleshoot both RID's. Will pay for professional help. JOhn

Looks like you have electric problem, possibly in program converter you connecting to detectors...
The Waters 2410 and 410 near the same model. The analog output is REC or INT. You can try on 2410 outputs 7 and 8. But if circuit already broken this won't help.
