Our system has been running a 2489 UV-Vis detector but I would to link a 2414 RID. All of our components are Waters, the binary pump (1525) and 2489 all link through an Ethernet switch to a stand-alone work station (not the breeze workstation). I have the RID linked to the computer by ethernet, IEEE-488/USB cables, and a RS-232 cable, but can not get breeze 2 to find the component. Drivers have been updated. When I attempt to manage the system it shows nothing in the unused components tab and scanning or configuring Bus/LacE hasn't shown the RID. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
