Yes i used a GP50,
I literally posted this same problem a few weeks ago, i found a big leak, and after replacing and cleaning it appeared to be jumping a lot (like 30psi - 1700psi and back)
You say you have cleaned and replaced everything,
Make sure the bottom check valves have the 2 holes facing up and the top two check valves the one hole facing down. (also check the quality of the check valves if they need replacing)
You have put brand new check seals on which is important.
After your confident all this is done, you shud go through each individal tubing to find the problem (mine was after the mixing chamber to the check valves) . Obviosuly prime it and Pump about 5ml/min of your flush solvent through.
Then at 1ml/ml, and you should get a constant pressure, with a nice sounding pump.
