Dear All

What is the alternative column for symmetry shield.
My problem is, i worked for one molecule on this coolumn and i got better peak shape . But i used other columns like C8, C8, Phenyl and Cyano columns i donot getting peak shape at all. Finallly i got good peak shape only in symmetry shield.

As one of the designers of the SymmetryShield phase, I can tell you that the primary feature was to get good peak shapes for many or most analytes, better than the classical junk. This agrees with your experience, and I am glad that this is so. Then why are you looking for an alternative?

Hello Ramesh,

What are you analyzing? Is it hydrophobic basic compound, which gives you tailing?

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications
