Can i use hexylamine in LC-MS. it is a replacment of TEA.

Yes you can but with some caution... Column equilibration times might go up depending on your conditions and you might also experience retention shifts depending on your conditions and your analytes. I found hexylamine to be easier to clean than TEA from the MS...
