Hello all,

I'm currently facing issues with my HPLC where it is identifying the peaks correctly but is not quantifying them to give results (0 g/L for all peaks). I would really appreciate it if someone could help me understand the underlying problem.

Please find the specifications of my post-run method below:
1. Integration
- Width: 5 seconds
- Slope: 15000 uV/min
- Drift: 0 uV/min
- T.DBL: 0 min
- Min. Height/Area: 0 counts
- Calculated by: Area

2. Identification
- Window: 5%
- Peak Selection: Largest Peak
- Retention Time Update: Average

3. Quantitative
- Quantitative method: Internal standards
- Calculated by: Height
- Calibration Curve:
- # of calibration levels: 10
- Curve fit type: Quadratic
- Zero: Forced through
- Weighting method: 1/A
Only the guess:
None of the peaks marked as internal standard.
