Hello,

I work on a GC-PID and the detector seems to not work anymore.
There is no more signal, and the detector red LED is switch off.
I don't know how to know either the light or the photomultiplier were dead (maybe an electronic problem) ?

Thank you

MatCaz,

More details please. What make of PID do you have and mounted on what instrument. Have you checked the easy ones, un-plugged, fuse blown, no light when looking down at the lamp from above, etc....

Also, how old is the lamp?

Best regards.
