My company is looking to buy a new Agilent 6890 with 5973 MS. We are an environmental lab and this instrument will be used for 8270 analysis. I am trying to decide if the regular diffusion pump would be perfectly fine or if the enhanced turbo would be better? Can anyone tell me there opinion?
Thanks

I use on a finnigan the twice: fisrt a classic pump then a turbomolecular. The best is to ask the dealer what kind of pump (s) you have to use.

Regards
