I am using a Varian CP3800 GC with Saturn 2000 MS. I need a new column and want some advice on which column to choose.
My work involves looking at FAME's from the tear fluid and I am looking into oxidation.
I need a column that is can separate TMS ether derivatives of FAME hydroperoxides and FAME's (usually C10-C30).
Can anyone help??
Thanks Aman
Dear Aman,
You can either use the CP-Sil 88 or the Selct FAME columns from Varian.
