Hi everyboby,

Could you please help deal with this issue? How can I copy chromatograms from Empower 1 to Microsft Word?

I tried to look up the previous questions but didn't find anything about empower 1?

Hopefully, you can give me a hand.

Thanks.

Morse

The process is similar to printing chromatograms but digitaly by means of export methods.

Make an "export method" in which you define which "report method" you would like to have exported ((use your normal "report method" or create a new one with only the chromatogram)

Export the chromatogram as PDF and use the Adobe Snapshot-Tool to copy&paste

or

export the chromatogram as EMF an insert this graphic in Word directly

Select the needed results and use the "export" command and in the pop-up specify the desired exoprt method.

BTW:
You can also create some "export method" for the export of data (e.g. peak tables) as ASCII file, which then can be used in MS Excel.

thank you very much for now.

I'm going to try soon and let you know if I made it.

it was kind of you to help.

morse.

Hollow,

It works perfectly.

Thank you very much indeed.

Morse

it was a pleasure.
thank you for your response

Actually even easier is to just right click the chromatogram and select Copy then go to Word and select Edit/Paste

I would reccomend selecting the "paste special" in word and pasting as a picture. this should make the word document smaller (file size wise)
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

hm, never thought of nor tried this simple way.

Thank you for suggestion :D
