Empower 2 controllling HPLC Agilent 1100

Hi all!
Does anyone have informations to give me about the "hidden" problems of using Empower 2 to pilot HPLC Agilent 1100? For examples, what fonctionnality do we loose?
What kind of problem do you have for using the HPLC in routine and how do you solve it?
I'm actually doing a pilot test and trying to find what problem we can expect in the futur to solve them as quick as prossible.

You "loose" all diagnostics and tests, including autosampler adjustment/parts exchange functions (arm movement for needle excange and others), lamp intensity/cell tests.....

Many "finetune" settings are not accesible from Empower - like how deep needle goes into vial, special injection functions, different compressibility coefficients for different channels in pump.....
