220 and 503 isotopes

Any thoughts on why 220 and 503 would be a bit high, out of Agilent's acceptance range? Happens mostly with 220 and with multiple ion sources.
Thank you.

I assume that this is one of the Agilent bench top mass-specs. If so, try narrowing the peak widths a bit to see if that helps.
