TCD reference flow

I have problem with Agilent GC 7890A TCD reference flow it’s reading with negative number . The setting point is 45 the actual reading is -3.4.
With the flow meter is acceptable.
Can someone help with this error.

I would look to calibrate the TCD EPC. there are on-line notes about how to do that. Would be the first place I would look
