Does anyone have experience developing a potency method for yohimbe 8%?I am having some difficulty with the extraction for HPLC.Low yield and extra intefering peaks.

A quick Google search on lohimbine + analysis turned up several stability-indicating methods. If it were my problem, I would start by looking at those.

Thanks for your imput.I have worked in Pharma and for the first time I am working in Nutraceuticals and I am just not familiar with the extraction neede for all these botanicals.Does anyone out there have any experience with isoalating and analyizing botanicals?
