Dear all,
Wondering if I need to change the pump seal when I switch my Waters 600E pump from reverse phase LC operation to normal LC. Apparently there are heaps of different pump seals available but they look similar. Thanks for your suggestion.

I would check with Waters. The standard seals are "general purpose" and can be used with a wide range of solvents, but there are some compatibility issues.
