Hi all, I'm a fairly new user of 2 Agilent 1200 HPLC's. I'd finally mastered exporting my data in V B.03.02, and when the new HPLC was installed, so was a new version of the software. In the older version, I can easily export my data into .csv or .xls files that show up in the parent folder with data from all runs. So far with the new version of the software when I export the batch data, a .csv file is inserted into each sample folder with only the data from that particular sample. I'm probably missing a very simple setting, but can anyone help with how to get all the data into one file in the parent folder?

Thanks :)

Are you actually doing "Batch" reporting, using Batch Review? If so, I don't think that functionality has changed, but I would have to check it just to be sure.

ahhh. I seemed to have figured it out. I don't think anything has changed, I just needed to remember to change my preferences in the options dialogue box. Chemstation is not always the most intuitive software... Thanks!
