I want to convert data from Varian 1200 GC-MSMS so that I can evaluate the samples in MassLynx. I have tried to get Palisade but I got no answer from them. Is there other ways to make the file conversion?

Isolde,
There's a data conversion utility in Masslynx. It's called Databridge, maybe you can try to convert from Varian to a common format (CDF?) and then to Masslynx?

Yes, I have tried that but I couldn't get it to work. I have asked Varian about this but they only knew about palisade and Waters didn't have any other ideas.
I would really like to do this since MassLynx is so much better than Varians software.
