Hello Everybody,

I’m in charge of the purifications of synthetic compounds by reversed phase Prep-LC in a Pharmaceutical Research laboratory. For the moment the purifications are performed by Prep-LC or Flash chromatography ( by the chemists) but I'm interested by other technique like centrifugal partition chromatography / counter current chromatography / HPCCC. These techniques have a lot of advantages like no solubility issues no columns to buy but on the other hand the run are quite long and it isn't easy to find the good mixture of solvent. Did you already tested these techniques ? Do you have them in house ? In which case do you use CCC and not Prep LC ?

Thank you in advance for your answer !
