Question for Tekmar Stratum users

I have yet to change traps on this unit and have the vespel ferrule come out of the manifold. I usually carefully re-insert the trap into the " stuck" ferrule. The only way I have been able to remove this ferrule is to use an eazy out.

Am I the only one with this problem? Tekmar seems to believe I am.
If others are having this problem could you please call Tekmar and tell them.

I know what your talking about, regarding the vespel ferrules. I switched to a PTFE ferrule. With the PTFE ferrule it is easier to remove between trap change outs and I get a better seal. you still may need the eazy out but you wont get the vespel dust. I think almost every problem I have had Tekmar told me I was alone. you aren't alone I have had the same problem since 2007.
