I am trying to evaluate a method that has peerless basic c18 column. Has anybody know what is the equivalent column for this? I tried using PQRI and USP comparison and this column was not listed. I would appreciate your help.

Try contacting
http://www.chromatopak.com/
Ask them for comparative performance information and equivalents.
The relevant product information download would not work for me, and perhaps they may have discontinued supplying them, but they should be able to point you to the information..

method:
pH3.0 sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer and acetonitrile
gradient 10% organic to 50% organic in 20 min. flow 1ml and wavelength 220nm.
I really need to know what the equivalent column for this peerless basic. Please let me know any of your ideas.
