Greetings.

We have a Waters LC-MS.
The regular chromatogram has a perfect smooth baseline, but the TIC chromatogram is very noisy.

What could be the reason of this problem?

Thanks a lot in advance!

We figured it out.
We used methanol, 25 mM ammonium acetate as mobile phase.

We changed it to 10 mm ammonium acetate. the problem it gone.

thanks
