I am trying to do some metabolite profiling using xcalibur 2.2. I was wondering if anyone has worked on this using xcalibur? I haven't done metabolite profiling before and would like to know what parameters are ideal to do feature extraction and to identify potential compounds. I might also have to build an inhouse database to search for the compounds. Thanks a lot
