hi everybody

is anybody familiar with chromeleon?

i have a sudden issue with my UV data where it shows literally everything so i cant identify any of my peaks - see image 1.

Image

see image 2 for what my uv spectra used to look like for the same peak - it is a control sample from a different sequence.

I am unable to assign peaks using my spectral database either as he doesn't match to the peak he should. I am certain what this peak is and what he should match with because it is a spiked sample.

The spectra sampling points are blanked out if i right click > properties - see image 3.

Can anybody help?

kate
Looks like the peak you want is at 211nm from the good spectrum? That appears to be missing from the bad one. Do you have any 2D chromatogram comparisons?
