Go to the home page:
http://chromatographyonline.findanalytichem.com/
In the vertical left menu click on Global Magazines
Then you'll find all LCGC magazines, under which there are links to their archives.
When you enter a magazine archive you can choose to open any of the magazine's issues, but the PDFs are ony available for the articles published in older issues (from 2005 backward to the oldest issue in the archive).
Hope this helps

And one thing more that I forgot to mention:
Some of the articles published are present in all (3) LCGC magazines (North America, Europe and Asia Pacific), but the interesting thing is that those articles were firstly published in LCGC North America, then in LCGC Europe and LCGC Asia Pacific.
I want to say that, if you find some interesting article from recent issue of LCGC Europe or LCGC Asia Pacific, try to search the LCGC North America for the article and maybe you'll get lucky to download it in PDF format.
Regards
