I have a HT3 headspace autosampler that has been nothing but a headache since purchasing. All valves have been replaced, the DC board, and the carousal sensor, per Tekmar Tech. suggestions, but still have issues that they say may be the entire motor unit, or the main board.

The closet field engineer they have is in San Francisco, hoping to find someone in Oregon or Washington that has experience troubleshooting and repairing these, so that I can actually start using it to analyze samples.

If anyone knows of anyone they would recommend please let me know. I'm located near Olympia Washington
