New facility for LCs and GC instrumentation

I would like some advice on what setup would be ideal. We are either looking at open-plan, with equipments in same lab as prep lab. Or a separate lab for the analytical equipment (x4 LC and x1 GC)

I would look to Societies like the American Laboratory Manager Association (ALMA) or a similar group in England. These groups have experience in Laboratory layout and can help you with that.
