Thanks to everyone for your support.

We are going to address the issue of PTV technique and based on your opinion We are going to optimize our method.
And on the "extraction side" we will develop some good clean up methods because Im still thinking that no matter how much we develop the PTV, if we extract real samples no analyte signal will be noticeable in a "sea" of backgroud even for SIM or deconvolution technique.

This is a good reference work on how to develop and optimize large volume injections for samples similar to what you are running. I have been using it to learn how to optimize our new multi mode injector for large volume injections and it works really well.
