How to resolve interference from Theophylline peak

Unfortunately and although I have a good memory, it was really long time ago!

But, to have an idea, this study was meant to access the rate teophylline was metabolized - therefore, concentrations should be incredibly low!

Anyway, there was no sample prep, and therefore I can assume detection limits are quite good at 254 nm!

Thanks for the concern Mr. Mueller. But I think the work of Mr. Rafael is already 20 years old. He might be using integrator then. The small interference peak may not look obvious when using an integrator. We are using LC solution software to acquire our data and it recognizes even a small peak which may look flat when using integrators. My colleague is working on it the best way she can. Thanks again. :D
