i have used sodium carbonate and bi carbonate mixture as buffer and acn for eluting nitrate at 7 min. we have done validation part also. mien is conductivity mode and with suppressor

In urine, serum or food matrices? What is your LOQ? I guess it should be pretty low with a suppressor.
