This sounds like a big leak, it should take at least 15 to 20 seconds for the vacuum to decrease enough to open the door.

Yes we had issues with the O-ring that fits in the door, it wasn't sealing properly, but that has been fixed.
Okay so the ugly problem has reared its ugly head AGAIN!!!! Sensititivy took a nose dive this week. Tunes are only slightly off, I am planning on cleaning the MS next wk anyone have any other suggestions?? Could the silly thing just be dying?
