I am preparing Tcell lysates for Itraq labeling. I need to remove detergents prior to trypsin trtmnt . And desalt prior to Hplc after Itraq labeling. I do not have extra sample to accommodate loss. Which is the simple//?best column for removing these from my samples (my total protein conc range between 30-120ugms).Pls suggest..
