Can someone let me know a temperature program to use to separate supelco 37 FAME mixture . Also carrier gas(He) pressure please?

Since you want to separate the Supelco 37 FAME mixture, the Supelco-Aldrich web site would be a good place to start. If you're going to use a DB 225 column, you can search the Agilent web site since they now own J&W. There is a lot of information available if you take some time to search. Good luck!
