Did you resolve your problem? What software are you using to analyze the data? (ex: Chemstation, etc,)...However, on the computer program, the signal 2 says N/A on the window where the spectrum is recorded. Signal 1 says "front detector" and I can see the detector output in real time. Any idea on how to get signal 2 (the back detector) to show up on the computer?
You need to go through the analytical method's parameters, ensuring that the injection source, signals, and data integration parameters are all set properly. Do you actually use both front and rear columns together for dual analyses?
