Is there any way other than area reject or threshold to get chemstation to report any peaks larger than an ISTD peak i.e. if peak is >than ISTD then integrate and report?

Yeah...do a manual integration. Under Tools, options then click manual integration and use the rubber line to integration. Or if you are using their quantitation routines then go into QEDIT and integrate the peak manually as well. Timothy
