Hi there, I need to analyse ethylene glycol in cream. Does anyone have any ideas how to go about this.

Thanks

MartinaMarie.

Looks like you could do HILIC on a HILIC silica column with about 80% acetonitrile and 20% water and detection at 210 nm.
